одно из десяти мною разработанных примеров на тему предполагаемых схем и также пояснение и моё видение применения лимитов и квот. Первый шаг который надо вам сделать. 1) подсчитать все что было выращено, произведено и выпущено и также продано внутри и за рубеж продукции у вас в 27 стран входящих Евросоюз в течении года. Год должен быть среднестатистическим для подсчета и выпуска лимитов и квот, чтобы сбалансировать привязанность к лимитам и квотам продукцию жизнедеятельности в числительном значении. Функциональность и оправданность таких шагов как я вам Европейскому союзу предлагаю применить,
повсеместное применения рынков по лимитам и квотам для обезопасивания ваших рынков и рабочих мест
ваших трудящихся людей которые работают чтобы достойно жить в Европейском союзе.
Без применения моих предложений к действию по повсеместно вы все обречены на крах в не далеком
будущем, которое не за горами, а совсем рядом с вами.
Давайте отойдем от темы и поговорим об ФРГ, Германия будет отчаянно сражаться, что бы рынков по
лимитам и квотам, вообще не было в Евросоюзе. сейчас она вас всех контролирует и держит
вас на коротком поводке. Также правительству Германии выгодно чтоб в борьбе с пандемией ваша экономика рухнула и вы все страны входящие в Европейский союз получили максимальные убытки от борьбы пандемией. И после того как ваши страны пострадают , тут и начнется зарабатывания и еще большее ваша зависимость от Германии. Я ранее писал по аффективной борьбе с пандемией ковид 19. Поделюсь с моим дополнением к уже предложенным моим средствам, чтобы ваша экономика не рухнула в пропасть: первое сделайте прививки вакциной от ковид 19, всех пожилых людей и людей группы риска, по их конечно желанию. Второе выдайте “Бейджик ” с ЭЛЕКТРОННЫМ ЧИПОМ для информации и протокола безопасности с сохранением так же в базе данных по всем аспектам, всем тем кто переболел и имеет антитела и иммунитет и также привит. Третье: разрешите этим гражданам себя не в чем не ограничивать, и иметь те права и обязанности как до пандемии. Четвертое: неизвестно , сколько волн будет с пандемией 3 или 103 волны еще, не забывайте что грипп ходит по земле и постоянно мутируется. Так что любая зараза она будет мутироваться вечно. Вы спросите себя_ кому выгодна изоляция общества, и вы все поймете, кто стоит за этим злом. Немцы у вас Евросоюзе, себя считают лидерами и не собираются уступать свои позиции кому-то другому. Вам надо их выгнать с Евросоюза или научить с вами считаться, как с равными партнёрами. Пока я не замечаю равенства, после принятия законов в Евросоюзе по рынкам квот и лимитов, все у вас будет по справедливому. Даже Карл Маркс и Фридрих Энгельс до этого не додумались. Чтобы можно было продавать разрешения на выпуск продажу и распространение и так далее, товаров и слуг по рыночной стоимости. Вы просто этим способом сможете регулировать товара потоки и их 100 процентное реализацию и не только, но и многое другие преференции. и законам Евросоюза. Второе положение обязательное к применению это - для сотрудничества
между 27 странами должна применяется моя модель для развития вашего общества как Европейский союз,
рынки по лимитам и квотам, где каждое из 27 государств выставляет свои запросы по продаже или по покупке
лимитов и квот на поставку внутри Евросоюза товаров и услуг, и все что производится и так далее людьми на земле.
Помните как наши предки раньше торговали - везли свои товары и продавали , а на вырученные деньги
покупали их товары, такой вид деятельности называется культурным обменом, без воин и насилия.
Каждое государство входящее в Евросоюз получит шанс на процветание общества внутри своего государства и
в целом взятом Евросоюзе.

Уважаемые дамы и господа!
на какие товары и услуги распространяются лимиты и квоты.Список огромный, давайте перечислю необходимые товары и услуги в которых мы нуждаемся в первую очередь. 1) Автомобили. 2.) Продукты питания. 3.) Текстиль и повседневная одежда. 4.) Бытовые товары радиоэлектроники, холодильники, стиральные машины, телевизоры, компьютеры, телефоны сотовой связи так далее, список очень большой , вы и сами знаете что нас окружает повседневной жизни. 5.) Строительство и строительные услуги. 6.) Фермерство и земледелие. 7.) Литье и выпуск металла, металлопрокат, выпуск оборудования и так далее , много что еще. Давайте я не буду перечислять весь спектр производственных мощностей имеющихся на вооружении у людей. Какие всё таки люди бестолковые, столько всего понапридумывали научились выпускать это все, но простых вещей не понимают. Что 21 век, это век управления и распределения и централизованное распределения товаров и услуг. Я не просто так придумал создать на подобие биржи, рынки лимитов и квот. Каждое Государство из 27 стран с Евросоюза сможет воспользоватся рынками лимитов и квот. Вы сможете таким способом продать свои лимиты и квоты на те товары и услуги которые вам не нужны и на выручинные деньги от продажи купить интересующие вас лимиты и квоты на выпуск и продажу того товара что вам необходим для роста вашей экономики внутри Евросоюза. Как я писал ранее в моих предложениях по лимитам и квотам, на начальной стадии можно будет до определенного момента, пока ограничется к применению рынков по лимитам и квотам применять к межгосударственным торговым отношениям внутри Евросоюза по вопросам торговли. На начальной стадии по моим соображениям рынки лимитов и квот расчитаны прежде всего на меж государствнное распространение товаров и услуг. На сегоднешний момент в мире произошел скачек на насышения земли товарами и услугами, которые произведены не совсем рыночным путем и мы должны свои рынки внутри государств держать под жесточайшим контролем с помощью моего способа (рынками лимитоц и квот) , на подобие бирж. И даже не какая литучая мышь к вам не прелетит на ваш Европейский рынок, где все уже распределено и поделенно. Всем внешним преставителям из других государств придется покупать лимиты и квоты по ставке повышеного коэффициента, что в свою очередь уберет с вашиж рынков дешевую продукцию, которая в процессе производства было произеденно не совсем порядочным и рыночным способом. Где применялись не этичиские способы с затрачиваемым потенциалом, в 10 раз ниже себе стоимости конечного продукта. На эту тему если кому интересно есть отдельный очерк - (видение несоответствия). Дорогие дамы и господа, есть другой демократический мой способ запустить маховик перемен и новшеств который на мой взгляд более подойдет вам в Евросоюзе. Мое видения процветания Евросоюза, новый способ который после его реализации подымит достаток в Европейских семьях. В данное время - сейчас у вас творится что то необъяснимое и мне не понятное. Когда одно государство под названием ФРГ, смогло вас всех 26 стран входящих в Евросоюз, вас одурачить и поднять свою экономику. Я предлагаю следующее: ввезти в 27 странах жесткий контроль над товарооборотом между 27странами, если например ФРГ хочет что то продавать у вас на рынках, естественно должны будут приобрести лимиты и квоты на конкретный товар, который они хотят реализовать в конкретном государстве из 26 стран. Соответственно ФРГ ровно столько же должны продать лимитов и квот продать тому государству с которым ведут бизнес. Зачем это надо – продавать и покупать, применять товарооборот в зеркальном отражении, чтобы дать партнерам с Евросоюза на своем рынке в ФРГ что то продавать. Для этого я и придумал как лимиты и квоты. Если например ФРГ поставило вам через свои акционерные общества и фирмы товары и услуги, то вы в праве купить и у них ровно на такой же товар лимитов и квот, или взаимно расчетом. Это должно быть обязательное действие, которое приведёт к 100 уверенности что вас ждут на их рынке. Есть и другой вариант ваша страна не хочет использование тех лимитов и квот которые они взаимен расчетом получили, могут продать лимиты и квоты продать на обще Европейском рынке другим странам входящим в Евросоюз. Это приведет к поиску того рынка котом нуждается та или иная страна с Евросоюза. Да есть в этом что то непонятное вы наверное скажете. Я смею вас уверить что это и есть справедливое сотрудничество. Вы делитесь своим рынком соответственно и они должны будут поделится своим рынком. Как я писал раннее: Европейские рынки из 27 стран строго должны быть изучены и распределены между ними именные лимиты и квоты. Да в основу должны быть включены такие аспекты как прирост населения и потребления того или иного продукта жизни деятельности стран входишь в Евросоюз. Когда у вас будет все подсчитано и распределено, все станы без исключения смогут вносит свой вклад в дело развития Европейского общества. Друзья я вношу сой вклад в дело развития Европейское общество не прося у вас не что замен. На этом примере можно повсеместно создавать на нашей земле мою модель развития гражданского общества земли. Если что-то не понятого, обращайтесь. Такая это обширная тема. как построение справедливого гражданского общества. Евро комиссарам можно будет поручить подсчет и распределение лимитов и квот среди стран Евросоюза. А то мне иногда кажется они не тем занимаются после прихода к ним бывшего министра обороны Германии, но вы поняли о ком речь. Что насчет создания умной вакцины, которая будет передаваться как вирус, воздушно – капельным путем и путем прививания пациентов и при их на то желания и согласия, и лечить людей как в первом случаи бесплатно от всех болезней на нашей земле. Как я писал ранее, этот профилактичный антивирус будет истреблять в организме человека вредоносные болезни и вирусы, после полного вылечивания человека от болезней будет сам ликвидироваться путем истребления себя так как в организме человека себе подобных не найдя, не нанося вред организму человека, в 23 веке это будет широко использоваться повсеместно не только в нашем мире но и за пределами на других планетах, иначе не может идти речь о других мирах так как среда тамошнего обитания вас уничтожит, болезнетворными бактериями. Мировые ученые хватит занимается шарлатанством и тратить не малые средства, в ваши не кому не нужные исследования, займитесь нужным делом, я вам много ещё могу дать направлений и путей развития нашего общества на земле.

Что не нельзя сказать о даимлер аг и бмв аг, эта компании самые лживые из всех, с которыми мне пришлось иметь дело, приведу пример - по идеи от 2000 года посланную BMWAG в 2000 году, они только спустя 5 лет признались в получении этого письма.
