И по сути эта тема по Квотам и Лимитам, мое из самых лучших предложений, Европейскому союзу. Я сейчас говорю о справедливом отношении ко всем странам входящим в Европейский союз. А нацистскую идеологию Промышленный и Производственный Фашизм из Германии пора прекращать, что бы все страны с ЕВРОСОЮЗА не зависели от Германии . Перефразирую - когда один народ хитростью и изворотливостью, путем доминирования в процессах развития своего государства Германии, за счет других 26 стран входящих в Евросоюз. На эту тему у меня есть отдельный доклад, при необходимости озвучу. Скажите мне, почему в вашем обществе как Евросоюзе одни страны как Германия, сказочно богатая, а другие страны небогатые, Литва, Латвия, Эстония и многие другие страны входящие в Евросоюз. Лимиты и квоты на производства и продажу товаров и услуг все отрегулируют. Так же вы должны учесть тот факт что Лимиты и Квоты, продаются не один раз, произведенная сделка с ними действительна только на определенное время, например от года до пяти лет, такая мера необходима для стимулирования и развития небогатых стран, входящих в Евросоюз. Сроки действия после сделки по Лимитам и Квотам, могут быть любыми, надо подходить к этому процессу очень аккуратно, а то ловкие страны мошенники могут вас с стран входящих в Евросоюз обхитрить. На эту тему ( Лимиты и Квоты ) тоже у меня есть отдельный доклад. Да кстати Лимиты и Квоты должны продаваться как (ценные бумаги) но быть привязан к 27 банкам стран входящим в Евросоюз, это нужно для контроля и прозрачности сделок. Мое пожелание только одно Для успешного работы рынка по лимитам и квотам, сделки первое время должны использоваться от одного месяца до года. Эта временная мера на мой взгляд,чтобы понять стоимость и принципы работы в этом новом регулировании и распределении работы рынка по Лимитам и Квотам. Приведу пример: например я успешный предприниматель и я хочу например выпускать автомобили, или импортировать их из Китая, я на рынке покупаю квоты и лимиты, у какой нибудь страны входящей в Евросоюз. Лимиты и квоты в нужном количестве, должны изначально подсчитаны, и потом распределены по 27 странам Евросоюза, не взирая на экономическое положение в стране. Механизм распределения сложен но неизбежен , если вы хотите построить демократическое общество, справедливое к друг другу. Чтобы было в мире все по справедливости вы должны на государственном уровне рассмотреть мои предложения по Лимитам и Квотам к вам и принять мое предложение на государственном уровне. Если вы не хотите попасть в рабство и целиком и полностью зависеть от «Промышленно - Производственному Фашизму из Германии». Хотите справедливости и равноправия тогда прислушайтесь ко мне и к моим вам предложениям. Германия без вас не проживет, а вы 26 стран без Германии вполне проживете. Лимитами и квотами вы уровняете положение в обществе и не дадите распространится коричневой чуме из Германии. Смотрите как они со мною расплатились за мои идеи, я 22 года не чего не могу с ними сделать. Потому что на высшем уровне их поддерживают чиновники разных уровней власти. В Германии их как БМВ АГ и семью Квандт, поддерживают меняющееся правительство и все канцлеры с Германии уже на протяжении 22 лет, да еще сама председатель Европейской комиссии госпожа Урсула фон дер Ляйен. Она мне сотни писем и запросов оставила меня без ответов. Когда господин Junker был президентом Европейской комиссии, мне за год пришло от европейской комиссии три письма с ответами на мои запросы. Почему таких замечательных людей как господин Junker, заменяют на таком посту как президент европейской комиссии, такие бывшие солдафоны в должности министра обороны ФРГ, как госпожа Урсула фон дер Ляйен. И куда катится мир, даже не знаю.
