БМВ АГ вы как терпеливая проститутка, терпите этих баранов на высоких должностях с высокими окладами. Дорогие дамы и господа, вот поэтому я делаю все возможное, что бы не пострадали не в чем не повинные государства.   И чтобы мировой порядок уклада жизни в мире стал предсказуемым, я  предлагаю  вам Европейскому союзу создать новый рынок - ( по лимитам и квотам на выпуск и продажу, той  или иной продукции выпускаемой и производимой на земле ). Этот шаг успокоит амбиции и желания  любого государства мира, поработить и уничтожить мир который сейчас есть у нас. Например если есть  рынки по  лимитам и квотам, то тогда не попадет на ваш рынок не ликвидные товары  и услуги. Это станет барьером и обезопасит вас. Например: лимиты и квоты можно посчитать по численности проживающих людей в государствах и распределить их на душу населения  или как вы сегодня избирайтесь в парламент ЕС, по количеству  депутатов. Схем распределения по странам изначально, в первой стадии, начала распределения  по лимитам и квотам,  очень много, мне не хватит времени их все перечислять. Вам решать кокой механизм заложить изначально,чтобы  между странами входящими в Европейский союз, были распределены лимиты и квоты справедливо. Во второй стадии, если любое государство входящее в  ЕС,  захочет продать свои излишки по квотам и лимитам, внутри Европейского союза , то пускай выставляют на торги, свои лимиты и квоты внутри Европейского союза. По моему справедливо, неправда ли дорогие дамы и господа. Не забываете если на территории какого либо государства, есть или появляется иностранное предприятие, на них тоже распространяются лимиты и квоты. Ани ведь платят налоги и предоставляют рабочие места, а значит государство которое их приютила и расположила на своей территории образования, получает выгоду и соответственно должна будет приобретать лимиты и квоты на обще Европейском рынке по квотам и лимитам. Друзья у меня по этому поводу много соображений, если что то не ясно, обращайтесь, я вам более доходчиво объясню про рынок по квотам и  лимитам.  Господин канцлер ФРГ Шольц, если  в силу вступят новые  правила   и это положение примут все   страны входящие в Европейский союз,   мои предложения ( по Квотам и  Лимитам ).   Это защитит  рынки в Европейском союзе от не ликвидных товаров и услуг из вне. Да конечно вам придется убавить аппетиты по выкачиванию денег у менее богатых стран входящих в состав Европейского союза, эта необходимая мера, чтобы ваше образование как Европейский союз, существовал многие века. Как вам мое  пояснение дел и обстоятельств и факты для вашего не препятствования  к странам входящим в ЕС , и так же к  вашему более цивилизованному отношению к другим странам входящим в Европейский союз?  Госпожа Меркель,   пытаться создать другое образование в виде нового государства, как это было раньше  с президентом Франции мистером Макроном, читайте мои очерки на эту тему.  Вы ФРГ без стран входящих в Европейский союз, не обойдетесь, а  все  27 стран остальные, без вас вполне обойдутся, и вы останетесь у разбитого корыта, как   в русской сказке про  золотую рыбку. Друзья, просто мой механизм даст вам 27 странам, развиваться порядочным способом, без  лжи и лицемерия. 
Друзья,  я думаю все что производится и делается людьми на территории ЕС, должно так же проходить через регулирование рынком и распределятся путем рыночных отношений внутри ЕС,  по квотам и  лимитам. Если одно из государств,   входящее в Европейский союз, захочет произвести и вам же продать и получить сверх прибыль и им не хватает  своих   квот и  лимитов, пускай тогда приобретают квоты и  лимиты  на рынке (квот и  лимитов внутри ЕС). Да самое главное чтобы в будущем  не было спекуляций, по новому регулированию рынка товаров и услуг, надо разрешить странам  внутри ЕС, свои излишки по Квотам и  Лимитам, разрешать продавать в пользования  квотами и  лимитами,   не менее одного месяца до одного года, на использование в том или ином виде деятельности внутри ЕС. Да конечно можно и по особому контракту, заключать сделки и на более  долгосрочное время пользования квотами и  лимитами,  внутри ЕС. Представьте к вам после принятия моих мер по регулированию товарооборота, к вам на рынок даже мышь не просочится, без   разрешения глав Европейского союза и Европейской комиссии. Нужно на законодательной основе закрепить новое положение по рынку,  по квотам и  лимитам внутри Европейского союза. Эту технологию  и этот метод можно применять во всех 6 континентах нашей  земли.
