В Германии президент обладает не такими обширными полномочиями, как, например, в соседней Франции или в Соединенных Штатах. И чтобы президент стал влиятельной фигурой а канцлер занимался своими урезоненными полномочиями внутри Германии. Если вам что то не понятно в данном предложении . обращайтесь для разъяснения ко мне. И хватит вам терпеть монархию одного человека, четверть века, пять лет это срок президента вполне правильный и можно будет каждые пять лет вводить новое лицо которое представляет Германию. Я не вижу не каких действий от канцлера Германии господина Олафа Шольца.
Если принять закон, запрещающий продажу транспортных средств на территории Европейского Союза,
тем компаниям, которые занимаются интеллектуальным пиратством и присвоением чужих идей.

В чем это заключается – предлагая им решить претензии юридическим способом,

Это не все, он так же подписывает договор с Бюро, на все связанные дела с судопроизводствами, полную доверенность представлять заявителя, во всех местах необходимых по данному заявлению о присвоении идеи и не только.
Также подписывается полная ответственность заявителя, о ложном сигнале в Бюро по - P.I.P.,
Вознаграждение бюро напрямую зависит от выигрыша в суде с исками заявителя.
Сумма вознаграждения Бюро по - Р.I.P., может вуалироваться от 25 – 75 процентов от сумы иска, назначенной судом для выплаты.
Для чего нужно Бюро, не у всех есть возможность противостоять таким компаниям как в моем случаи.

Пришла пора внести ясность в патентование, я предлагаю следующее: первое правообладатель должен оставаться единственным который имеет право наложить Вета в дальнейшее упоминание и использование его материала и мыслей в изобретении и полезной модели. Вы своими разрешительными способами улучшать полезные модели и изобретения - на корню вырываете новые достижения в области науки. Поясню если ком-то непонятно - вы собрались там в своих патентных бюро и попросту корчите из себя умных людей , вы само бездарность и сословие лодырей которое наживается за счет изобретателей. Прекратите вы на нашей земле сделали прецедент, когда бездарные люди пользуются не совершенными методами сохранностями своих мыслей, тем самым вы делаете что изобретатели не хотят патентовать свои новые достижения в области науки и так далее. Я давно хотел затронут тему патентования, вы по моему только мешаете, а не приносите пользу, поэтому я не когда не буду патентовать в так называемых патентных бюро. Если я соглашусь вас оставит на нашей земле, вы должны перестроится и устав поменять. Первая директива устава должна быть такая : что не кто не имеет право улучшать полезную модель , изобретения и так далее, без несменного разрешения заверенного у нотариуса первого правообладателя полезной модели, изобретений и так далее. Что сейчас творится в патентных бюро, приведу пример - придет какой нибудь бездарь посмотрит патент и предложит изменения, и ему сразу на руки новый патент. А я, хочу поинтересоваться, да по какому праву приблуди дают новый патент (через определённое время). Позвольте поинтересоваться образно он приблуда вообще кто и вообще по какому праву ему лавры? Вы вообще на корню душите изобретателей и отбиваете у них что то изобретать, потому что есть приблуды, которые ходят и ищет что-то что можно использовать для своих целей. Приблуды не способны сами нечего придумать а только что-то присвоить в моем понятии. Пока есть вампиры - приблуды, МИР обречен на постепенное вымирание. У меня есть предложения Мировому сообществ как поднять статус изобретателя и не дать МИРУ опустится в пропасть. Изобретатели земли заслуживают лучшей доли, чем они сейчас имеют.
